儿童腹型过敏性紫癜误诊1例分析

摘要

Analysis of the causes of misdiagnosis of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura, 1 cases of abdominal type al ergic purpura in children with clinical manifestation, misdiagnosis, misdiagnosis reason analysis, the lack of knowledge and check a smal fine is the main reason of misdiagnosis of children with acute abdominal pain, to col ect medical history, general physical examination, close to observe the changes in symptoms and signs, in order to improve the diagnostic rate, reduce misdiagnosis.%分析小儿腹型过敏性紫癜的误诊原因，对1例腹型过敏性紫癜病儿的临床表现、误诊疾病、误诊原因进行分析回顾，此病认识不足及查体小细是误诊的主要原因，对儿童急性腹痛需详细采集病史，全面体格检查，密切观察症状及体征变化，以提高诊断率，减少误诊。
