160例住院糖尿病患者死因分析

Objective To analyze the second hospital of Zhejiang 1991~2013 inpatients with type 2 diabetes death, understand its complications, appear. Methods Using SPSS software, the clinical data of patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in our hospital of 160 death cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients with type:2 diabetes direct cause of death: 21.9% malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, 18.8% 5.6% 18.1% 16.9% respiratory system diseases, kidney diseases. Death cases, common complications of hypertension, coronary heart disease 46%: 60.7%, 47.1%, 33.5%, high blood fat disease cerebrovascular disease 31.6%. Conclusion Malignant tumor in the top cause of death. The brain, heart, kidney and other complications are the main cause of death in patients with type 2 diabetes. To strengthen the monitoring, early diagnosis, early treatment, in order to reduce the death rate of type 2 diabetes.%目的分析浙医二院1991~2013年住院2型糖尿病患者的死因，了解其并发症、合并症出现情况。方法使用SPSS软件，对该院住院死亡的160例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果2型糖尿病患者直接死因院恶性肿瘤21.9%、脑血管疾病18.8%、心血管疾病18.1%、呼吸系统疾病16.9%、肾脏疾病5.6%。死亡的病例中，常见的并发症和合并症院高血压60.7%、冠心病46.0%、肾病47.1%、高血脂33.5%、脑血管病31.6%。结论恶性肿瘤在死因中居首位。脑、心、肾等并发症是2型糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因。加强监测，做到早期诊断、早期治疗，以期减少2型糖尿病病死率。
