楚雄市2013年居民慢性病患病及控制情况调查分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the analysis of chronic disease in residents of Chuxiong City area of prevalence and control, to provide the scientific basis forprevention and control. Methods by using a stratified random cluster sampling method, selected at random from 15 towns and 4 community health service centers, 38 Vil age (neighborhood) of 2397 subjects aged 18 years and olderresidents. Results hypertension residents aged 18 years and above the prevalence rate was 20.53%, the awareness rate of hypertension was 59.35%,hypertension treatment rate was 77.40%, the control rate of hypertension was 9.39%. 18 years of age and older residents diabetes prevalence was 4.13%, the awareness rate of diabetes was 48.48%, diabetes treatment rate was 78.72, blood sugar control rate was 31.31. The prevalence rate was increased with age. Conclusion hypertension, diabetes. Hypertension, diabetes control rate was low.%目的：调查分析楚雄市地区居民慢性病患病及控制情况，为科学防治提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法，抽取辖区15个乡镇和4个社区医疗卫生服务中心，38个自然村（居委会）2397名18岁及以上的常住居民。结果18岁及以上居民高血压患病率为20.53%，高血压知晓率为59.35%，高血压治疗率为77.40%，高血压控制率为9.39%。18岁及以上居民糖尿病患病率为4.13%，糖尿病知晓率为48.48%，糖尿病治疗率为78.72，血糖控制率为31.31。结论高血压、糖尿病患病率均随着年龄的增长而升高。高血压、糖尿病控制率均偏低。
