品质圈活动在提高神经外科健康教育质量中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the quality circle(quality control team, QC) activities in the application of improve the quality of neurosurgery health education. Methods:through health education to improve team established,using the method of quality circle activities, random 60 hospitalized patients and their families present situation investigation, analyses the reason of neurosurgery patients health education awareness and check ef ect again. Results:through quality circle activities, targeted health education to patients, enhanced patients receiving treatment and care of compliance,reduce the complications and improve the patient's quality of life and self-care ability,but also improve the business level of nurses and the overal quality. Conclusion:the quality circle activity in neurosurgery patients health education achieved satisfactory ef ect,also increased the quality of nursing service.%目的：探讨品质圈（质量控制小组，QC）活动在提高神经外科健康教育质量中的应用。方法通过成立健康教育改进小组，利用品质圈活动方法，确立提高神经外科患者健康教育质量为活动课题，随机对60例住院患者及家属进行现状调查，分析神经外科患者健康教育知晓率低的原因，制订相应的对策并组织实施，再进行效果检查。结果通过品质圈活动，有针对性地对患者进行健康教育，增强患者接受治疗和护理的顺应性，减少并发症，提高患者的生活质量及自我保健能力，同时也提高了护士的业务水平及整体素质。结论品质圈活动在神经外科患者健康教育中取得了满意的效果，也提升了优质护理服务。
