基于墨菲定律六位一体护生临床实践安全管理体系的建设

摘要

Objective:Strengthen the safety management of clinical practice of nursing students, Construct the safety management system to accord with clinical practice, guarantee safety and meet the learning needs.Methods:Based on the Murphy law as the guiding ideology,pay more attendtion to the Anticipate, predict, prevent, control, early warning of practice safety, Taking the construction of college teachers, the hospital nursing department, head nurse, teacher, teaching practice group, nursing students itself as one of the safety management system.Results:Before and after the construction ,nursing students related to the incidence of nursing defects, occupation exposure decreased the incidence, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Construction of safety management system is beneficial to promote the nursing students’safety, improve the safety awareness, form the safety behaviors, and then protect the life safety of patients.%目的：强化护生临床实践安全管理，建设符合临床实际、保障实习安全、满足学习需求的安全管理体系。方法：以墨菲定律为指导思想，重视实习安全的预见、预知、预防、预控、预警，构建以院校教师、医院护理部、科室护士长、教学老师、实习小组、护生自身六位一体的安全管理体系。结果：安全管理体系建设前后护生相关性护理缺陷发生率、职业暴露发生率明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。护生整体安全意识、安全行为、安全经验、能力提升、自我评价有显著改善。结论：系统化、全覆盖的安全管理体系建设有利于促进护生实习安全，提高安全意识，形成安全行为，保障患者生命安全。
