经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）对68例良性前列腺增生（BPH）患者的治疗效果

摘要

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）对68例良性前列腺增生（BPH）患者的治疗效果。方法：收集136例良性前列腺增生（BPH）患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，均68例。对照组患者实施传统开放手术治疗，观察组患者实施经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗。结果：观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组治疗有效率，差异为显著性差异（P ＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：对 BPH 患者实施 TURP 的治疗能够取得更好的治疗效果，值得推广应用。%Objective:to investigate the urethra prostate electricity cut method (TURP)in 68 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)in patients with therapeutic effect.Methods:collecting 136 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,68 cases.Control group,traditional open surgery for the observation group of patients to implement the urethra prostate electricity cut method (TURP)treatment.Results:treatment effectiveness of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group therapy efficiently,differences for the significant difference (P <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:TURP for BPH patients treatment can obtain better treatment effect,is worthy of popularization and applica-tion.
