连翘薄层鉴别研究与改进

摘要

目的：改进连翘薄层色谱方法。方法采用 TCL 鉴别方法，改变提取方法、展开剂、显色剂、点样计量等条件以获得清晰的 TCL 图谱。结果所得图谱清晰，可同时鉴别连翘苷和连翘酯苷 A。结论方法可靠，重现性好，可作为连翘的质量控制方法。%Objective To improved TLC method of Forsythia suspensa. Method TCL identification method was used to obtain a clear TCL map by the extraction method,the expansion agent,the color reagent and the point sample measurement. Result The clear map,and phil -yrin and forsythiaside A were identified. Conclusion The method is reliable,and reproducible,it could be used as the quality control method of For-sythia.
