双圆弧齿轮基本参数对齿根弯曲应力的影响

摘要

基于任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿廓数学模型，在Pro/E环境中构建了双圆弧齿轮模型，研究分析了不同的基本参数对齿根弯曲应力的影响。其分析结果将为双圆弧齿轮设计、参数优化选择等提供参考依据。%Based on the mathematical models of double-circular radius arc gear in any corner position, the models of double-circular radius arc gear have been established in this paper.The effect of the different basic parameter on root bending stress is analyzed, which provides reference to double-curvature radius arc gear design and parameter optimization.
