一种新型板坯轧后氧化铁皮清除装置的设计与应用

摘要

Hot rolling plate widely exist a large number of iron scales on the surface.It affects the quality of the product, and also affects the safety and lifetime of equipments.Aiming at these problems, and based on traditional surface processing tech-nology and working experience, a surface post-processing technology has been developed and a simple description of this de-vice has been done in this paper.%热轧板成品表面广泛存在大量氧化铁皮附着问题，一方面影响了产品质量，另一方面也影响了设备安全及寿命。针对此问题，结合传统表面处理技术及工程经验，开发出了一种新型轧后氧化铁皮清除装置，并对装置的设计及应用情况进行了简单描述。
