一种非标双向逆止器在升降机中的应用

摘要

In this paper, a kind of double direction backstop with single wedge is designed to solve the problem that the archi-tectural elevator would instantly fall atstart moment due to the device and cargo weight.The structure andfunction principle of this kind of backstop are introduced, and the wedge is calculated and analyzed as the key part.The application of double di-rection backstop with single wedge in architectural elevator is thus introduced by real examples.%为了解决目前施工升降机在启动瞬间，由于设备和提升重物自重而导致瞬间下滑的问题，设计了一种单楔块双向逆止器。阐述了该楔块式双向逆止器的结构特点及工作原理，并对其中的关键零件楔块进行了计算和分析。通过实例介绍了楔块式双向逆止器在施工升降机中的应用。
