基于CATIA的动车司机室骨架焊接工装的参数化设计

通过展开动车司机室骨架焊接工装的设计过程，介绍了CATIA环境下对焊接工装设计的参数化建模设计，以及动车司机室骨架焊接工装的设计方法，为以后进行相似构件焊接工装设计时提供帮助，通过尺寸参数驱动更快捷地建立新的焊接工装模型，为更复杂的焊接工装建立参数化模块化模型提供帮助。%Design process by expanding the EMU cab skeleton welding tooling introduce the process of parametric modeling of welding tool⁃ing design under the CATIA environment, and moving the car cab skeleton welding tooling design method is introduced, for future simi⁃larmember welding tooling design to help drive faster establishment of new welding tooling model size parameters, to provide help for the fu⁃ture to face more complex welding fixtures create parametric modular model.
