柔性软管在压力流体作用下的流场研究

摘要

Pouring has an important position in the fields of chemical engineering ,construction engineering and other industries .it is of incomparable superiorities when precise alignability is required ,therefore it can improve the work efficiency greatly .Based on some relevant tests ,the distributions of fluid pressure and speed were analyzed for flexible pipes with different sizes in the process of casting by using Fluent software ,the study work can lay a foundation for the successful application of the flexible pipe .%浇注在化工、建筑工程等领域占有着重要的地位，在某些重要部件的制造中，浇注是必不可少的工序且其质量对整个产品的成败起着决定性的作用。目前大口径软管在浇注中没有应用，但在对中精度要求较高的场合应用有着无可比拟的优越性，可以大大提高工作效率。结合部分相关试验，采用 Fluent软件对浇注过程中不同尺寸柔性软管内流体压力和流体的速度分布情况进行了分析，为软管的成功应用奠定基础。
