基于虚拟样机技术的锤式破碎机锤头运动学分析

摘要

The model and assembly of related parts which were set up by Pro/E software were imported into ADAMS software ,the motion simulation analysis of hammer head of the hammer crusher was carried on by using the software ADAMS .The simulation and comparison analysis were carried on by considering the friction between the hammer pin or not respectively .This work has a certain reference value for the study on the motion stability of the hammer head .%利用Pro/E软件对相关零件建模与装配，并将模型导入ADAMS软件中，运用 ADAMS虚拟样机软件对锤式破碎机的锤头运动形式进行仿真分析；通过对锤销间考虑摩擦与否来分别进行仿真和对比分析，其仿真结果对研究锤头动力学及锤头运动稳定性有一定参考价值。
