紧缩场新型数控馈源定位装置系统研发

         

摘要

This article introduces a new NC feed source positioner which can be used in the partial focal measurement .This equipment is drived by servo motors ,so the phase center can move accurately in lateral and vertical directions ,and we can conduct electromag-netic test when the phase center is offset-focus in the compact range .During the experiment ,we get an accurate partial focal trajecto-ry ,and write it into the control program ,which lay the basis for the experiments in future .This system uses the soft PLC and TwinCAT to control the servo motors to operate accurately .The upper computer control interface is programmed by C# ,which has a nice human-computer interaction ,and makes the operation much easier .This feed source positioner has been used in a compact range ,and the accuracy of positioning has complied with the design requirements .%介绍了一个新型的可以进行偏焦测量的数控馈源定位装置。该装置利用伺服电机进行驱动,使得馈源相位中心实现横向和纵向的高精度运动,紧缩场内可以在偏焦状态下进行电磁测量。在实验过程中已经确定了一条精确的偏焦轨迹线,并且已经写入了控制程序,方便以后的实验。该系统采用倍福TwinCAT软PLC控制伺服电机精确地完成运动;上位机界面采用C#进行开发,实现了较好的人机交互,方便了实际操作。该馈源定位装置已经在某紧缩场中得到了实际应用,定位精度等也都达到了设计要求。
