一种测量非线性失真的数字处理技术

         

摘要

目前最常用的非线性失真的测量方法有基波抑制法和谐波分析法两种,都属于模拟式处理技术.用基波抑制法测量非线性失真时,基波抑制网络的阻带带宽会影响测量结果,宽阻带仪器的测量结果可能偏小.用谐波分析法测量非线性失真时,频谱分析仪对于低频信号的非线性失真测量的准确度不高.因此,提出了一种测量非线性失真的数字处理技术,该技术可以提高测量准确度,减小测量误差,改善测量参数的稳定性,抑制噪声干扰和谐波失真.%At present, there are two commonly used methods of measuring nonlinear distortion, which are fundamental wave suppression and harmonic analysis, and they all belong to analog processing technology.When the nonlinear distortion is measured by the fundamental wave suppression method, the bandwidth of the stop band of the fundamental wave suppression network will affect the measurement results.When the nonlinear distortion is measured by the harmonic analysis method, the accuracy of the spectrum analyzer for the measurement of the low frequency signal is not high.In this paper, a digital processing technique for measuring nonlinear distortion is proposed, which can improve the measurement accuracy, reduce the measurement error, improve the stability of the measurement parameters, and suppress the noise interference and harmonic distortion.
