一种烟梗深加工成型装置设计

摘要

This paper designed a high degree of automation, green tobacco stalk processing device, which was automatic feeding, automatic filling, automatic molding, automatic unloading, and the prototype was developed. After the experiment, the results showed that the device ran stably and reliably, the produced products were qualified, production cost was saved, and competition ability of company was enhanced.%设计了一种自动化程度较高、绿色环保的烟梗处理装置，它具有自动进料、自动布料、自动成型、自动卸料的功能，并开发成样机。经实验，结果表明该装置运行稳定、可靠，生产出来的成品合格，节省了成本，增强了竞争能力。
