基于RFID技术的起重机械人机交互系统研究*

摘要

This paper discusses the crane human-computer interaction system realization method,based on the RFID radio frequency identification technology, using RFID card as human-computer interaction interface, crane through the RFID card identification operator, operator card control crane, realize man-machine mutual recognition. Through the establishment of crane operation management system, to permit workers to execute the cardholder authentication and authorization management, control of crane, through credit card unlocking control crane,use of wireless communication technology,to realize real-time data communication,on record to realize the remote transmission and storage,the crane operation safety management.%　　探讨了起重机“人机交互”系统的实现方法，研究基于RFID射频识别技术，利用RFID卡作为“人机交互”接口，起重机通过RFID卡识别作业人员；作业人员刷卡控制起重机运行，实现“人机互认”识别。通过建立起重机作业人员管理系统，对持证作业人员实行持卡认证管理，并授权控制起重机，通过刷卡解锁控制起重机运行；利用无线通讯技术，实现数据实时通讯，对作业记录实现远程传输和存储，实起重机运行安全管理。
