环氧树脂的增韧及其作为形状记忆聚合物的研究进展

         

摘要

形状记忆聚合物是一类新型的智能材料,环氧树脂是形状记忆聚合物中重要的一族,基于其卓越的性能,已广泛应用于空间可展开结构中.介绍了固化剂对环氧树脂热、机械以及形状记忆效应的影响,但由于环氧树脂最大的弱点是韧性差,固化后树脂脆,在低于其玻璃化转变温度弯曲变形时会发生脆性断裂,不能作为形状记忆树脂基体使用.重点综述了不同方法对环氧树脂基复合材料进行增韧,进而展望了环氧树脂的发展和应用前景.%Shape memory polymer is a novel smart material, epoxy resin is an important family of shape memory polymer. It has been widely used in space deployable structure based on its excellent performance. It's carried out that the curing agent has a influence on epoxy resin' s thermal, mechanical and shape memory effect , however, as the epoxy s biggest weakness is the poor toughness, after the curing they are brittle, when the benging is below its glass transition temperature, then brittle farcture occurs,and the different methods on toughening epoxy resin are also illustrated emphasisly. The future development of epoxy resin and the perspective of epoxy resin are propesed.
