基于Murty判据的粗片层状TA15钛合金β相区锻造工艺参数优化

         

摘要

对粗片层状TA15钛合金在Thermecmaster-Z型热模拟试验机上进行等温恒应变速率压缩试验,采用基于Murty判据的加工图技术研究了该合金在温度1 000~1 100℃、应变速率0.001~10 s-1参数范围内的微观变形机制,并优化出该合金的锻造工艺参数.结果表明:在β单相区变形时,TA15钛合金较佳的变形参数范围为1 030~1 075℃、0.001~0.03 s-1,以1 050℃、0.001 s-1附近为最佳,其变形机制为β晶粒充分均匀的动态再结晶;失稳区变形参数范围为1 000~1 100℃、1.78~10 s-1,在该区出现了β晶粒的不均匀变形.%Hot compression tests of TA15 titanium alloy with coarse lamellar microstructure were conducted using Thermecmastor-Z hot working simulator. Microstructural deformation mechanisms were investigated by means of processing map technology based on Murty criterion in the temperature range of 1 000-1 100 ℃ and strain rate range of 0. 001-10 s-1, and the forging thermal parameters were optimized. The results show that in β phase field the desired deformation regions were in the range of 1 030- 1 075 ℃ and 0.001- 0.03 s-1 with the deformation mechanism of full and uniform dynamic recrystallization, and the optimum deformation parameters were at 1 050 ℃ and 0.001 s-1. The regions of flow instability occurred in the temperature range of 1 000- 1 100 ℃ and strain rate range of 1.78-10 s-1, and non-uniform deformation of β grains appeared in this range.
