The significance of marine shellfish cell culture is reviewed, and the domestic and international progress and application of some marine cell culture are also summarized. And then the obstacles in this field of shellfish cell culture are discussed. This review may contribute to the exploration of the shellfish cell culture conditions and methods, and provide reference for the eventual establishment of shellfish cell lines.%综述了海洋贝类细胞培养的意义以及国内外在贝类细胞培养的一些进展和应用，并总结了目前贝类细胞培养所存在的问题。以此为探索贝类细胞培养条件、方法，并最终成功建立细胞系提供参考。
