磨削用量对磨削淬硬加工中两侧方向毛刺的影响

         

摘要

Based on the surface grinding-hardening test, the types of two-side direction burr in grinding-harden-ing are classified, the changes of size in the two-side direction burr and the influence of grinding parameters on the maximum burr size of the grinding-hardening machining are studied. The results show that the size of two-side direction burr is increased gradually from the entry end to cut out of end. Under the experimental conditions, the maximum size of two-side direction burr is increased with the grinding depth increases or the work-piece's feeding speed decreases. Furthermore, the methods to restrain or decrease the two-side direction burr in grinding-hardening machining are developed.%以平面磨削淬硬实验为基础,对磨削淬硬加工中两侧方向毛刺的形式进行了分类,同时研究了试件磨削方向(长度方向)上两侧毛刺尺寸的变化以及磨削用量对磨削淬硬加工中两侧方向最大毛刺尺寸的影响.结果表明:从试件切入端到切出端,两侧方向毛刺尺寸逐渐增大;在实验条件下,随着磨削深度的增大或工件进给速度的减小,两侧方向毛刺最大尺寸逐渐增大;同时,给出了抑制或减小两侧方向毛刺尺寸的方法.
