钢轨轨底焊缝自动磨削机床数控系统研发

摘要

该项目数控系统的研发采用以三菱PLC及其扩展模块为控制的核心部件进行控制,同时采用了世纪星监控组态软件,对钢轨焊缝磨削机床进行检测和控制,并记录历史数据.此自动控制系统既提高了磨削质量,又提高了工作效率.%The NC system of this project uses MITSUBISHI PLC and the expansion modules as core component, a-dopts the Century Star General Industry Automation & Configuration Software for testing and controlling the rail welding grinding machine, and records the historical data. The automatic control system not only improves the grinding quality, but also raises the working efficiency.
