压缩机前缸盖挡圈槽尺寸测量研究与检具设计

摘要

以压缩机前缸盖零件为例,分析了零件挡圈槽的被检测尺寸参数的特点,利用比较测量的方法,测量了零件挡圈槽的锥角点位置尺寸误差,解决了同类特征零件被测参数常规方法无法测量的问题,实现了挡圈槽尺寸比较测量的检具设计.%Take spare parts from front cylinder head of compressor as an example, the essay analyzes features of parameter in snap ring grooves, measures dimension error of cone angle in snap ring grooves, solves the problem that parameter of similar spare parts can not be measured, implements gauge detection of size of snap ring grooves using method of comparative measurement.
