组合框架式液压机立柱概念设计

摘要

A concept design method for the pillars of hydraulic press is proposed.According to the conceptual design model, the mechanical model and concept design of the pillars are established and the prototype structure of pillar is obtained.Pillar in THP10-10000 100MN isothermal forging hydraulic press is designed using this method.This design method provides reference for the mechanical system design.%提出了组合框架式液压机立柱的概念设计方法,建立了立柱的力学模型以及立柱的概念设计模型,依据概念设计模型得到了立柱的原型结构尺寸.采用概念设计方法对THP10-10000型100MN等温锻造液压机主机立柱进行了设计.该设计方法可为机械系统结构设计提供参考.
