This article analyzes the design requirement of blade, proposes feasible methods and cutting processing steps of the four axis positioning processing, applies CAXA2008 to do three-dimensional modeling, machining simulation, programming, the existing tri-axial three linkage machining center installs a turntable to finish the blade processing. This has strong reference for enterprises and institutions only have tri -axial three linkage machine tool to manufacture blade kind parts.%分析叶片图样的要求,提出了四轴定位加工的可行方法和加工步骤,利用CAXA2008进行三维造型、加工仿真、程序编制.在现有的三轴三联动加工中心的基础上,配置一个转台作为第四轴,实现了该种叶片的加工.对于仅有三轴三联动机床的单位,制造叶片类零件具有较强的借鉴意义.
