FIDIA C series CNC system have two sets of measurement feedback system, including full closed loop and loop. In its manufacture and usage life cycle, manually switch is need, which process is tedious, error-prone, having extensive experience of commissioning, maintenance personnel to operate. This article studies the FIDIA C series CNC system interface development technology and measuring system switching mechanism, the system interface integrates visual operation softkeys, combines with AUCOL programming language, develops a measurement feedback system for automatic switching function. Practical application in GMC820u five axis machine tool indicates that the function ensures stable operation of machine tool, and greatly shortens switching time, improves work efficiency.%菲迪亚C系列数控系统机床具有全闭环、半闭环两套测量反馈系统,在其制造及使用周期中,两种测量反馈系统经常需要进行手动切换,其过程繁琐,极易出错,需要具有丰富经验的调试、维护人员进行操作.通过对菲迪亚C系列数控系统界面开发技术及测量系统切换机制的研究,在系统界面上集成可视化的操作软键,结合AUCOL编程语言,开发出测量反馈系统的自动切换功能.通过在GMC820u五轴机床的实际应用,该功能有效地保证了机床的稳定运行,并极大缩短了切换操作时间,提高了工作效率.
