变速振动减振钻床的改造设计

摘要

According to the analysis of the causes for the problems of the drilling quality, by using variable speed cutting technology and advanced theory of vibration drilling, an vibration reduction drilling machine by variable speed was developed. The experimental result shows that the new drilling machine can greatly improve the hole processing quality.%依据钻孔质量问题产生原因的分析,利用变速切削技术和振动钻削理论,设计了一种变速振动减振钻床.实践证明,采用该钻床加工,可以大大提高孔的加工质量.
