针对目前在用的镁锭切削机存在自动化程度不高、切削颗粒大小无法自动调节的缺点,在保持镁锭进给速度不变、利用可编程控制器(PLC)和PID自动控制技术对主轴转速进行闭环控制的方法对原镁锭切削机进行改造.设计了自动上料机构,编制了闭环控制的原理图、编码器测速和PID调节环节的PLC程序.该技术方案已经应用在ZMJ-700型镁锭切削机上,运行良好.通过对改造前后的镁锭切削机加工的镁粒尺寸的统计分析表明,改造后的全自动镁锭切削机加工出的镁粒产品合格率比改造前提高了6%,效益明显.%To solve the problem that the degree of automation is not high and the particle can not be regulated and controlled of the Mg-block cutter at present used in China, the manner for renovating the Mg-block cutter is proposed using the programmable logic controller(PLC) and the PID control technology under the condition that the feed velocity is constant . The self-feeder is newly designed, the close-loop control principle diagram is drawn and the spindle speed measuring program and PID regulation program are programmed. The technology scheme has been applied to the ZMJ-700 full auto Mg-block cutter and the system behavior proves desirable. The Mg particle dimension statistical analysis manufactured by the orthodox and the renovated Mg-block cutters shows that the product percent of pass increased 6% after renovation and the effect is obvious.
