宽砂带磨削去毛刺工艺及专用技术装备

摘要

This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the special equipment for deburring by grinding with wide abrasive belt. With the installation and replacement process of wide belt, this paper shows the difficulties and keys of the structure design of grinding machine for wide abrasive belt. Through structure design of the bearing device of floating belt wheel , this paper analysis the features for orienting .fixing ,position of shaft ends of the floating belt wheel. In contrast with the traditional deburring technology, this paper illustrates the utility value of the special equipment for deburring by grinding with wide abrasive belt.%介绍了宽砂带磨削去毛刺专用设备的基本结构、工作原理；用宽砂带的安装、更换工艺,展示了宽砂带磨床结构设计的难点、关键；通过浮动砂带轮的轴承装置结构设计,分析了浮动砂带轮两轴端的定位、固定及导向特点.在与传统去毛刺工艺的比较中,说明了宽砂带去毛刺专用设备的实用价值.
