A miniature five-axis linkage machine tool for small parts machining was developed.Besides,the overall structure of the machine was given,and an open CNC system based on PMAC motion controller was established.Then the precision of the prototype of the machine tool was tested by dual frequency laser interferometer and the design requirements of the machine tool be met through error compensation.Taking a micro thin plate-part processing as an example,it is verified that the machine tool can meet the processing requirements of micro parts.%研发了一台可适用于微小工件加工的台式微小型五轴联动机床,给出该机床的基本构成,建立了基于PMAC运动控制器的开放式数控系统,利用双频激光干涉仪对机床样机进行了精度检测,并经过误差补偿达到设计要求.以某微细薄板工件加工为例,验证了该机床可以满足微小工件的加工要求.
