聚晶立方氮化硼复合片电火花线切割高效切割研究

         

摘要

对聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)复合片进行电火花线切割正交试验,分析脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、功放管数与运丝速度等工艺参数对切割效率的影响,获得了高效切割最优参数组合.通过试验研究发现,高效切割时正向运丝的切割效率明显低于反向运丝;为提高正向运丝切割效率,采用了高压供液方式,有效增加了聚晶层极间的工作液进入量和流速,提高了电蚀粒子和气泡等电蚀产物的排出,较常压浇注方式切割效率提高23.51%.此外,反向运丝切割可改善富钴层凹槽问题,大大减少了PCBN复合片的刃磨余量,为聚晶立方氮化硼复合片的高效、高质量切割提供了有益参考.%The polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) composite film of WEDM orthogonal test,analysis of pulse width,pulse interval,power amplifier parameters number and wire speed influence on the cutting efficiency,the optimal parameters of effcient cutting.Through the experimental study,it is found that the cutting efficiency of forward wire is obviously lower than that of the reverse thread.In order to improve the positive wire cutting efficiency,using high pressure liquid feeding mode,effectively increase the polycrystalline layer between the electrodes into the working fluid volume and flow rate,improve the discharge of electric erosion of particles and bubbles and other electric erosion products,compared with normal pressure casting cutting efficiency is increased by 23.51%.In addition,the reverse wire cutting can improve the problem of cobalt rich groove,which greatly reduces the grinding allowance of PCBN composite sheet,and provides a useful reference for the high efficiency and high quality cutting of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite sheet.
