三齿盘定位分度工作台的设计研究

摘要

This paper presents a new scheme for positioning and indexing table of triple toothed disc in horizontal machining center.The new design includes movable toothed disc,fixed fluted disc and positioning disc,which avoides many performance deficiency in original structure.The shceme introduces in detail the new structure and the features of key structure,working principle and performance guarantee.%分析了卧式加工中心传统两联齿盘定位工作台必须上抬才能分度转位所导致的诸多性能缺陷,研究设计了动齿盘、固定齿盘和定位齿盘三齿盘定位分度工作台技术方案.该方案从关键结构、工作原理、性保措施等方面详细介绍了工作台转位分度不需要上抬,分度和定位夹紧始终在同一平面上进行的新结构及其特点.
