我国农业科技水平的现状与发展策略

摘要

China＇s modern agricultural science and technology development is the basis for social and economic development.The status of China＇s agricultural science and technology were that the level was backward,the investment was inadequate and the quality of the researchers in agricultural insitutuions was not high.So,it was necessary to perfect agricultural research management system,establish effective institutional mechanisms,increase agricultural capital investment to ensure the comprehensive development of agricultural technology.%我国现代农业科技发展是社会经济发展的基础,当前我国农业科技整体水平不高,需要建立积极有效体制机制,保证农业科技全面发展,提高农业成果转化效率。我国对农业科技发展的投入不足导致农业科研人员整体素质不高,严重影响农业科技的发展。现阶段需要加大农业资金投入力度,完善农业科研管理体系,提高农业科研成果转化率,建立现代科技农业发展体系。
