细化过程管理创新管理机制--昆明医科大学临床肿瘤学院研究生管理的做法和体会

摘要

随着研究生招生规模的逐年增加，研究生管理工作也面临着新的挑战，提高研究生人才培养质量成为研究生教育管理的重要课题。文章围绕在研究生管理中加强政策引导，规范管理制度；推行人文管理，营造育人环境；严格过程管理，保证培养质量；创造科研氛围，激发创新意识等方面提出了一系列措施，同时总结了昆明医科大学临床肿瘤学院研究生管理的一些经验，以期对研究生培养工作有所裨益。%With the enrollment scale of graduate students is increasing year by year, graduate student management work faces new challenges, to improve the quality of postgraduate training has become an important topic of graduate education management. This paper around the graduate management to strengthen policy guidance, standardize the management system; carrying out humanistic management, creating educational environment;strict process management, ensure training quality;to create the atmosphere of scientific research, put forward a series of measures to stimulate the innovation consciousness and other aspects, and sums up some experience of management of graduate students in Kunming Medical University School of oncology, in order to study students work benefit.
