一种百张散叠纸质金融产品联动摆放装置

为解决百张散叠纸质金融产品在裁切摆放过程中存在的多开本变换、厚薄不均、散张等问题,设计了一种联动摆放装置.对这一装置的工作原理和主要组成结构进行了阐述,结合实际应用分析了装置的工作特点.这一装置可同时完成对8道百张散叠纸质金融产品的联动运送和摆放,保证产品竖直下落,不散张.%In order to solve the problems of multi-format transformation,uneven thickness and scattered sheets in the process of cutting and laying of paper financial products with 100 scattered sheets in one stack,an interlocking placing device was designed.The working principle and main structure of this device were expounded,and the working characteristics of the device were analyzed with practical application.This device can complete the transportation and placement of 8 stacks of paper financial products with 100 scattered sheets in one stack and ensure that the products will drop vertically with no sheets scattered.
