以悬臂梁压电陶瓷单晶片为研究对象,对其在不同条件影响下的发电性能进行了研究.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的静力学耦合场分析功能,对压电模块中影响悬臂梁压电陶瓷发电装置的位移激励、结构尺寸、材料属性等相关因素进行模拟仿真,得出各因素对悬臂梁压电陶瓷发电装置发电性能的影响规律,为悬臂梁压电陶瓷发电装置的优化设计提供理论指导.%The cantilever piezoelectric ceramic single crystal plate was taken as the subject for investigation to exam its power generation performances under different conditions.By using the function of static coupling field analysis in finite element analysis software ANSYS,the factors in the piezoelectric module that influence the excitation displacement,the structure dimension and the material properties were simulated while the influence of each factor to the power generation performance of the cantilever piezoelectric generator was obtained to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design of the cantilever piezoelectric generator.
