双筒旋流吸收器内筒直径的优化

         

摘要

The numerical simulation of the internal flow field of a double cylinder cyclone absorber was carried out based on RSM and DPM.The impacts of the inner cylinder diameter to the degree of liquid phase distribution and to the secondary flow and pressure drop were studied.The inner cylinder diameter was optimized based on the results.When the inner cylinder diameter of the double cylinder cyclone absorber is 200 mm,the uniform distribution of the liquid phase can be ensured with weak secondary flow and low pressure drop,and under the condition of low energy consumption,the gas-liquid phase in the swirling flow field can realize good contact to enable the device achieving the best performance.%基于雷诺应力模型与离散相模型,对双筒旋流吸收器的内部流场进行数值模拟分析,研究了内筒直径对液相均布程度、二次流及压降的影响,并基于研究结果对内筒直径进行优化.当双筒旋流吸收器内筒直径为200 mm时,可保证良好的液相均布效果,且二次流现象较弱,压降较低,在低能耗工况下可实现旋流场内气液相的良好接触,使装置性能最优.
