基于FLUENT的吹雪车喷气管道气流场分析

         

摘要

Screw compressor is characterized with its exhaust stability,high exhaust pressure, quick exhaust flow and high exhaust temperatureAt present,considering the problems available on snow blower, a new snow blower with screw compressor being as gas source is designed.According to the jetting air flow characteristics at air nozzle of the compressor and circular jet characteristics, a geometrical model for the air flow field of the pipes is established and meshed using fluid dynamics calculation software FLUENT, then numerical simulation for the field is carried out by adopting RNG-turbulence model,which provide reference for the design of snow blower and the rationality of design is verified,which results show that the snow blower designed could satisfy the operational requirements of blowing snow with its rational design.%螺杆压缩机具有排气稳定、排气压力高、排气流速高、排气温度高等特点,鉴于目前吹雪车采用存在问题,研究创新地将螺杆压缩机应用于吹雪车上作为吹雪车气源,采用流体动力学计算软件FLUENT根据压缩机喷气口喷射气流特性及圆形射流特点进行喷气连接管道气流场几何模型的建立和网格划分,采用RNG-湍流模型对吹雪车喷气管道气流场进行数值模拟,为吹雪车设计提供依据,对设计的合理性进行验证,结果表明吹雪车设计合理,满足吹雪作业要求.
