机械产品设计的结构优化技术应用

         

摘要

The techniques of structure optimization is a new technique for working out productions rapidly,which may fulfill technical requirements by applying comprehensively topological optimization and dimensional optimization,or we can say it is a technique for searching for optimal design proposaLIn the process changing permit,variables shall be redefined not only design variables such as geometric parameters for structure exterior(circular aperture radius, etc)and physical parametersielastic modulus of materials and density,etc.), but also constraint conditions such as the restricted condition of assembly location so as to choose the optimization and analyze even assess the calculated results to achieve optimal effect of the performance index of production.It is vital for designing mechanical structure of fire-new products by adopting topological optimization and dimensional optimization,for exerting the designers' innovation ability as well as for stimulating the inspiration of innovation design,Above all it lowers productions' weight and optimizes the structure as well as improves their performance via optimization technique.%结构优化技术是综合运用拓扑优化和尺寸优化技术,快速设计出满足技术要求的产品,是一种搜寻最优设计方案的技术.在允许改变的条件下,重新定义设计变量如表征结构外型的几何参数(圆孔半径等)和物理参数(如材料的弹性模量、密度等),重新定义约束条件如装配位置限制条件等,选择最优化并对计算结果分析评估,使产品的性能指标达到最佳效果.应用拓扑优化和尺寸优化技术对于全新产品机械结构的设计是非常关键的,充分发挥技术人员的创新能力,激发创新设计的思路,通过优化设计,降低产品重量,优化了结构,提高了产品性能.
