基于有限元的弹簧试验机偏心轮模态分析

         

摘要

The spring,which, is applied widely in modern industry,plays an important part in reliability and riding comfort of industrial product.It is known that the working condition in modern construction machinery is severe therefore, the cylindrical helical spring applied in the machinery is under the severe condition, which have to be tested on spring testing machine for fatigue test.The eccentric wheel is one of critical component of spring testing machine, which may impact the overall performance of the tester.In this case,the modal analysis of eccentric wheel should be carried out.According to the actual requirement of operation,a 3D model is established and modal analysis is done by applying Finite Element Analysis(FEA) and modal for various modes is obtained,which result is valuable for the design of both eccentric wheel and the spring testing machine.%弹簧广泛应用于现代工业中,对工业产品的可靠性和舒适性都具有重要作用.现代工程机械工况比较恶劣,因此其所用圆柱螺旋弹簧使用环境较为苛刻,必须采用弹簧试验机对其进行疲劳试验.偏心轮是弹簧试验机中的重要零件之一,影响试验机的整体性能.因此需要对偏心轮进行模态分析.根据实际使用要求,建立偏心轮三维模型,并导入有限元软件,进行模态分析.通过有限元分析软件,分析得到偏心轮的各阶模态.该结果对于偏心轮设计以及弹簧试验机的设计都具有重要参考价值.
