微型车驱动桥壳结构强度与模态分析

         

摘要

A simplified 3D geometry model of the drive axle housing is established with UG software, then it is imported to Hypermesh software and meshed by choosing appropriate element type, in which the meshed model is further imported to ANSYS software to provide a finite element model for following analysis.By applying ANSYS a static analysis under four typical conditions is carried out for axle housing, and the corresponding distribution of stress and deformation is obtained,which results show that the strength and stiffness of axle housing meet the requirements.In addition a modal analysis is done to get natural frequencies and vibration shapes under the first six modes of the housing, which results show that no resonance may occur for the axle housing caused by excitation of road,the design of the axle housing is rational. These results after the finite element analysis can provide some reference for improving design and structure optimizating in the future.%利用UG软件建立了简化的某微型车驱动桥壳三维几何模型,将其导入Hypermesh软件选择合适的单元类型以进行网格划分,并进一步将划分好的网格模型导入ANSYS软件,为后续分析提供有限元模型.利用ANSYS对桥壳进行了四种典型工况下的静力分析,得出了相应的应力与变形分布情况,结果显示桥壳满足强度和刚度的要求;并进行了模态分析,得出桥壳前6阶模态下的固有频率和振型,经过分析得出桥壳不会因路面的激励而产生共振,桥壳结构设计合理.这些有限元分析的结果可以为后续桥壳的改进设计和结构优化提供重要的参考依据.
