变电站电气柜PDM系统与ERP系统集成应用研究

摘要

It analyses the characteristic and applicability of several common integration modes on PDM and ERP system. Considering the fact of one electric power equipment corporation,and according to the function of the transformer substation & electric tank PDM system,the data of basic materiel from ERP system and the interface for PDM material data,puts forward a common integration method by middle document which is created by one middle interface software. By developing middle interface software ,achieves the integration of PDM and ERP system and meets the actual need of the enterprise.%分析比较了目前几种常见PDM与ERP系统集成模式的特点及适用情况;针对某电力设备公司在信息化建设的实际情况,并结合该公司变电站电气柜PDM系统的功能特点及ERP系统提供的基础物料文件数据和PDM物料数据导入接口,采用了利用中间接口软件生成中间文件的集成方法;通过开发中间接口软件实现了PDM系统与ERP系统的集成,并较好地满足企业了实际需要.
