一种基于MRP原理的改进设备维护工单计划系统及其应用

         

摘要

Specific to lack of executive ability of traditional equipment maintenance worksheet planning,a close loop system with feedback is designed in detail based on the principle of material requirement planning.Taking maintenance worksheet requirement planning as input .through logic calculation, maintenance resource requirement planning is generated automatically.Then by balancing maintenance capacity,he maintenance worksheet execution planning is finally produced.On the basis of the state accumulator rigger,dynamic generation logic of maintenance worksheet requirement planning is analyzed selectively and specific algorithm and sequences are given in detail-Meanwhile the concepts and strategies of maintenance capacity balance are especially explained,Finally,system function design and database design are liscussed in brief and an enterprise application case is provided.%针对传统设备维护工单计划可执行能力的不足,根据物料需求计划原理,设计了基于闭环反馈机制的系统工作原理,将维护工单需求计划作为输入,通过资源需求逻辑计算,自动产生维护资源需求计划,并进行设备维护能力平衡,最终生成可行的维护工单执行计划;重点分析了基于状态累加器触发方式的维护工单需求计划动态生成逻辑,给出了具体的算法步骤,详细介绍了设备维护能力平衡概念及控制策略;最后简要讨论了系统的功能设计、数据库设计,给出了应用案例.
