航天器整流罩结构优化设计

         

摘要

The fairing is an important component of spacecraft.The design to ensure the enough strength,stiffness and stability,in order to improve the efficiency of structure,the weight of the structure but also as light as possible,all of which increase the diffwulty of structural design.A spacecraft fairing structure of the original design scheme of stability can not meet the design requirements,so the traditional method is improved,and the improved structural strength and stability meet the design requirements,but the structure quality efftciency is not high; meanwhile,by using OptiStruct technique,it gets the optimization size after optimizing the structure size of fairing.Finally the results satisfy strength,rigidity,bucking stability and light-weight,compared to traditional method,reducing 15% of weight.%航天器整流罩作为飞行器的重要部件,设计时要保证其具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,为了提高结构效率,结构重量还要尽可能轻,这些要求增加了结构设计的难度.某航天器整流罩结构原始设计方案稳定性不满足设计要求,采用传统方法进行了改进设计,改进后结构强度和稳定性满足设计要求,但结构质量效率不高;同时采用OptiStruct优化技术对整流罩进行总体尺寸优化,给出了最优结构尺寸,相比传统改进设计方法,经过优化后的整流罩结构满足整体强度、刚度和稳定性要求,同时重量减轻15%.
