移动式数字液压泵站的研制

摘要

移动式数字液压泵站适合非固定作业的场所,采用数字技术可以方便快捷地调整用户所需的流量和压力参数.介绍TD-HPU90/32型拖车数字液压泵站的研制过程,主要进行了液压原理设计与元辅件选择、电气系统设计和液压泵站的布置.研制的数字液压泵站整体运行稳定,各项指标均达到要求.%The mobile-type digital hydraulic system is fit for non-fixed work place, and the flow and pressure parameter required by the user can be quickly and easily adjusted by using digital teehnalogy. The raseareh and manufacturing processes of TD-HPU90/32 mobile-type digital hydraulic system were introduced. The main work included the design of hydraulic principles, selection of the ele-ment and accessories, design of the electrical system and layout of the hydraulic system. The designed m0bile-type digital hydraulic system run stably, and all the index are met the requirements.
