基于UG/CAM和VERICUT的数控加工仿真与优化

         

摘要

Based on UG/CAM and VERICUT, taking a concave part as example, a CNC machining chain, including modeling, machining, simulation and optimization, was built. More reasonable NC program was gotten. The unfavourable consequences rensult-ed by manual programming are improved, the machining cost is readuced and the manufacturing cycle is shortened.%基于UG/CAM和VERICUT,以一凹形零件为例,建立了集建模、加工、仿真与优化于一体的数控加工链,得到了较为合理的NC加工程序,改善了手工编程引起的不良后果,降低了加工成本,缩短了生产周期.
