输油管道盗警信号基站实时监测系统设计

         

摘要

To solve the problem of the stolen events along pipeline, the design of basic-station system monitoring in real-time for stealing oil signal in pipeline was presented. Firstly, piezoelectric acceleration sensor was selected to collect stress wave signal. Secondly, the interface circuit design about A/D and MCU, MCU and DSP were designed. Finally, the software flowchart was given. Experimental results demonstrate that the software and hardware design is feasible. This basic-station system is low cost, low consumption, easy to install and convenient to use, which has broad application prospects.%为解决输油管道沿途盗油的难题,设计了管道盗警信号实时监测系统中的基站单元.选取压电加速度传感器采集管道应力波信号,设计了A/D与单片机、单片机与DSP的接口电路,并给出了基站系统工作的软件编程流程图.实验结果验证该基站系统的软硬件设计合理可行.该系统成本低、功耗小、使用方便、灵活,有广阔的应用前景.
