This paper reviews the development and application of the Linear Motor Technology (LMT).It puts emphasis on LMT in the Fluid Power Transmission and Control (FPTC),mainly focuses on the PV-powered linear motor (LM) driven pump,artificial heart,the LM-driven pumping unit and LM-driven reciprocating pump.In order to develop the Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Pump Control System (VFSRPCS),the authors innovatively present a LM-driven piston pump and predict the future application of LMT in sea (fresh) water hydraulic technology.%回顾了直线电机技术的发展与应用现状,分析了直线电机技术在流体传动与控制中的应用,包括光伏供电直线电机驱动的抽水泵、人工心脏、直线电机驱动的抽油机、直线电机往复泵等.面向变频调速泵控系统,创新地提出一种直线电机驱动柱塞泵.对直线电机技术在海、淡水液压技术中的应用进行了展望.
