高速精密数控立式加工中心整机静动态特性分析

         

摘要

利用Pro/E强大的三维建模功能建立立式加工中心整机数学模型;采用有限元分析的基本方法和理论对整机进行静动态特性分析,根据静态计算结果和振型图找出结合部薄弱环节并对整机的动态特性做出评价;用专门的实验设备得出机床整机的静态和模态数据,来验证分析结果的正确性,为以后类似机床整机模型的有限元分析和无样机条件下的机床虚拟设计提供参考.%The mathematical model of vertical machine center was built by using a powerful 3D modeling software Pro/E. The static and dynamic characteristics analyses of machine tool were executed by using the basic principles and methods of FEA. According to the static calculations and the vibration charts, the weak link junction was found and the evaluation to the dynamic characteristic of the machine tool was made. The special test equipment was used to obtain the static and model data of the machine tool, verifying the correctness of the results. It provides reference for virtual design of machine tool and finite element analysis for similar machine tool model.
