双线圈磁流变阀结构设计及电磁场仿真分析

         

摘要

Due to the controllable characteristics of magnetorheological fluid,a double-coil magnetorheological valve (DMRV) with outer ring damping gap was proposed based on the traditional structure of single-coil MRV.The eletromagnetic simulation was carried out using Maxwell software,and the optimal distribution magnetic field lines and magnetic flux density were also obtained.Furthermore,the DMRV with inner ring damping gap and annular ring damping gap was constructed to compare the distribution of magnetic field lines and magnetic flux density with the DMRV of outer ring damping gap.The magnetic flux density of these three DMRV was also analyzed under different excitation current.The relevant results can provide guidance to determine the optimal structures of the DMRV.%利用磁流变液体的可控特性,基于传统单线圈磁流变阀结构,设计一种外侧圆环阻尼间隙双线圈磁流变阀.采用Maxwell电磁场仿真软件对外侧圆环阻尼间隙双线圈磁流变阀进行了磁场仿真,得出了最佳磁力线分布和磁感应强度大小.比较了内侧圆环阻尼间隙、环形圆环阻尼间隙磁流变阀的磁力线分布和磁感应强度,分析了不同激励电流下3种结构的磁流变阀磁感应强度大小,相关结论对确定双线圈磁流变阀最佳结构具有一定的理论指导意义.
